The Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (newly formed GP commissioning group) are making their draft ‘Clear and Credible Plan’ available for comment. The Plan will be completed by the end of March 2012 and sets out their Vision and what they want to achieve over the next five years, with more detail for 2012/13. It also outlines how they would like to work with the public.

They have also included a ‘plan on a page’ which is a much shorter summary of the entire Plan (please see the ‘Plan on a Page’ pdf on the right). You can view the entire plan on the South of Tyne and Wear NHS website.

They would very much value your opinion on their plan and the way they wish to engage with patients, public and carers and on the CCP questions word document are some brief questions, to guide your responses. They will however be pleased to receive any comments you would like to make.
