Under the powers given to Local Involvement Networks (LINks) in the Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 trained and CRB checked volunteers may (under certain criteria) enter premises providing health and social care services to obtain the views of patients and service users.
All enter & view reports are shared with the Care Quality Commission.
